Can I have a refund?

At Hustle Mom & Co Consulting & Management Services, we respect the time and effort that goes into building your business. To keep things clear and fair, please review our return and cancellation policy below.

1. Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled consultation or service: Full refund, minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., travel, materials).

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled consultation or service: 50% refund (unless the session can be rebooked, in which case we’ll refund amounts recovered).

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable.

2. Our Cancellations

If Hustle Mom & Co must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies). In such cases, services will be refunded or rescheduled as appropriate.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled consultation, service, or project start.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, with the deposit retained.

5. Scope & Service Changes

Any changes to services (extended sessions, additional support, or new project requests) will require a written amendment and may include additional fees. Refunds are not available for services already provided.
